Description

Tumble Blast Conveyor Belt

Indus Tumble Blast Conveyor Belts are engineered for one of the most critical operations of tumble blasting where the articles/units are hit with fine metal grits with high pressure blasting equipment. We have developed these belts for the OEM’s in SHOT BLASTING industry.
These belts are customized as per the sizes designed by the OEM’s and are designed for high performance results. The articles/parts are sand blasted /shot blasted by tumbling those on a conveyor belt.

Special Features

These belts are usually being supplied in Jointless Length which helps:
  • Having maximum Uniformity of thickness and strength all over the surface.
  • To run over narrow pulley diameter (even lower than 100mm)
  • Run at higher speed (as high as 25 m/sec.)
  • To restrict elongation (up to 1.0%) at ref. load.
