Description

Indus Bag Diverter

Bag Diverting is one of the fastest process in the material handling systems. Indus Bag Diverter Belts are engineered for the application of Bag Diverting where the packed units/ Bags are diverted from a high speed main line conveyor belt.

The INDUS CHECKARED design on the top surface helps in pulling the bags/units safely from the high speed online conveyor line. The CHECKARED top surface is made up with specially engineered rubber grade which gives a cushioning effect to the bag/unit which is bumped onto this belt with an impact from an online high speed conveyor line.

The back side of this belt comes with single or multiple guiding V Ribs to ensure straight running in line and resist transverse impulses during the diverting process. The guiding V ribs are directly vulcanized on to the bottom cover of the belt along with the belt itself to give excellent service life.

Salient Features:

These belts are usually being supplied in Jointless Length which helps:
  • Having maximum Uniformity of thickness and strength all over the surface.
  • To run over narrow pulley diameter (even lower than 100mm).
  • Run on higher speed (as high as 25 m/sec.)
  • To restrict elongation (up to 1.0%) at ref. load
  • Belt can be manufactured in all specified cover grades meeting customer`s requirement.
